YOUR MISSION WITH US
You lead our HR team across two sites and develop it (5 employees)
You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (including payroll management)
You develop our HR strategy and policy and ensure their effective implementation
You are a sparring partner for management on strategic and operational HR topics
You manage HR controlling and are responsible for indicators, reporting and budgeting processes
You lead HR projects and carry them out with our internal and external partners
You specifically develop our HR management processes, systems and tools
You actively advance key HR topics such as talent management and succession planning
You are responsible for HR marketing and HR communication
You ensure coordination with the Group HR function

WHAT YOU BRING
You have a solid education in the HR field (e.g. federal HR manager certificate, master’s degree or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
You are fluent in German and French, with a native-level command of one of the two languages and C1 level in the other
You possess very good knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as in-depth skills in payroll management and social insurance
You know how to lead teams clearly and situationally and develop employees in a targeted manner.
You think strategically, act with an entrepreneurial spirit and implement topics pragmatically and effectively
You are a personality with excellent communication skills, confident and comfortable at all levels
You work in a structured way, keep an overview in a dynamic environment and know how to set clear priorities
You are comfortable with HR indicators, MS Office and ERP systems (Abacus, PEP)
Experience in organisational development and personnel development is an advantage but not essential
