Head of Product Management (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an internationally active company in the technical and industrial sector. The company develops and sells various products and solutions for business customers. Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of product management in an internationally active technology company. You steer the further development of the product range and ensure its economic orientation.
Responsibilities:
You lead a product management team and promote its professional as well as personal development.
You analyse the economic development of existing product groups and define appropriate measures.
You coordinate the introduction of new solutions with the responsible internal departments.
You use market and competitor analyses to identify additional business opportunities.
You set priorities and investment focuses for long-term assortment planning.
You accompany strategic product decisions considering technical and commercial requirements.
Together with sales, you develop concepts for the international marketing of the product range.
Qualifications:
Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field.
Several years of professional experience in strategic product management or a comparable commercial function.
Sound knowledge in the field of industrial technologies and technical applications.
Leadership experience with specialist professionals or interdisciplinary teams.
Strong business understanding and experience with international markets.
Independent decision-making as well as confident communication at different company levels.
Fluent German and very good English skills.
