Become part of the TCS IT team and help shape the digital workplace of tomorrow.

As a User & Desktop Supporter, you are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT enquiries and ensure they can work efficiently and securely. At the same time, you support the further development of modern workplace solutions around Microsoft 365, Copilot and Artificial Intelligence, actively contributing to the digital transformation of TCS.

Your challenges

• You support our employees with IT enquiries and ensure professional and solution-oriented handling of incidents and service requests.
• You install, configure and maintain modern workstations as well as mobile devices and peripherals.
• You accompany onboardings, workstation changes and technical setups for meetings, training sessions and events.
• You support the introduction and use of modern Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI solutions and help our employees use them sensibly.
• You promote IT security and help our employees to use digital tools optimally and securely.
• You contribute ideas and support the continuous improvement of our IT services and self-service offerings.

Your profile

• You have training in the IT field or possess a comparable qualification.
• You are characterised by a high service orientation as well as pronounced
• You are enthusiastic about IT, user support and new technologies.
• Communication skills.
• You bring experience in the Windows environment as well as enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation and Microsoft 365 (Office, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.).
• You have basic knowledge in the area of computer networks, including LAN, WLAN, VPN and TCP/IP concepts.
• You work independently, are curious and enjoy learning new things.
• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude are natural to you.
• You have very good German skills as well as good French skills for working in our multilingual club.
