Your main tasks:

• you supervise and support residents in daily living activities
• you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
• you create a warm and favourable environment for the well-being of residents
• you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

• you have completed Red Cross Health Assistant training or an equivalent qualification
• you have at least one year of confirmed experience in an EMS or similar facility
• you have a clear interest in elderly care and psychogeriatrics
• you possess great adaptability and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
