Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You support the testing and maintenance of technical systems and are an important interface between development, production, quality assurance, and support. You conduct software, hardware, and system tests, document technical matters, and assist customers as well as internal departments in diagnosing and resolving problems.
Responsibilities:
You carry out software, hardware, and system tests and document the results comprehensibly.
You create and maintain technical documentation and assist in preparing test and system information.
You support production with technical queries and accompany the diagnosis and repair of systems.
You participate in quality control and assist in identifying and rectifying faults.
You take on 1st and 2nd level support for technical enquiries by phone and email.
You analyse technical problems, systematically narrow down faults, and initiate appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical education, for example as an electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFC), or have strong technical interest and corresponding practical experience.
You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, approaching technical challenges systematically.
You have basic knowledge of Linux and Windows.
You enjoy familiarising yourself with new technical systems and applications.
You have native-level German or French.
You possess good technical English skills and can confidently understand technical documentation and enquiries.
A valid category B driving licence is an advantage.
