On behalf of a company active in technical solutions and industrial maintenance, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician Supervisor.
The position offers significant autonomy and combines technical expertise, team coordination, and operational follow-up. The person will be required to be present mainly on the client site.
Your mission:
As the technical referent and team leader, you ensure the smooth running of electrical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.

Your mission:

Your main responsibilities will notably include:
- Supervising, coordinating, and supporting intervention teams;
- Organising work and ensuring the monitoring of hours and activities;
- Providing technical support to the operatives;
- Ensuring the monitoring and immediate reporting of anomalies;
- Managing and controlling technical documentation related to maintenance operations;
- Supervising tests and ensuring traceability of interventions;
- Developing, consolidating, and monitoring maintenance schedules;
- Ensuring deadlines and commitments are met;
- Preparing maintenance campaigns;
- Ensuring the application of current methods and procedures;
- Controlling deliverables and preparing reporting elements;
- Participating in follow-up meetings with the client and various partners.
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as maintenance electrician, automation technician, or equivalent/higher training;
- Solid experience in industrial electrical maintenance;
- Experience in manufacturing or the field of electrical panels;
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage;
- Previous experience in team supervision or coordination.
