You will be responsible for
- You take responsibility for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of our heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems (HVAC)
- You carefully document your work in our CAFM system and keep the system documentation up to date at all times
- You actively support conversions and new installations and apply your knowledge purposefully
- You coordinate and supervise external service providers in the HVAC area and ensure the quality of the services provided
- You work closely with your colleagues from the electrical, automation, medical technology and infrastructure departments and contribute to cross-departmental collaboration
- You are prepared to perform on-call duty six to seven times a year
You bring with you
- You have at least two years of experience in maintenance and are motivated to learn about new systems and trades
- Ideally, you have training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence or a qualification as a ventilation system builder EFZ or refrigeration system mechanic EFZ
- You enjoy expanding your knowledge and developing yourself in related specialist areas
- You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented
- You have very good German skills (native language) and a category B driving licence
