About the job
For an established institution in the field of living and support, we are seeking from 1 July a committed qualified nurse HF/FH or health specialist EFZ (FaGe) with experience in the psychiatric environment. In this versatile role, you will accompany people with mental health impairments in their daily lives, promote their independence, and support them on their path to greater stability and quality of life.
Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting clients with mental illnesses in everyday living
- Promoting independence, personal responsibility, and social participation
- Contributing to individual care and support planning
- Observing and documenting the mental and physical health status
- Providing support in challenging situations and crisis interventions
- Collaborating with relatives, specialist agencies, and interdisciplinary teams
- Shaping a resource-oriented, appreciative, and safe living environment
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in psychiatry or psychosocial care
- Enjoyment in supporting people in various life situations
- Empathetic, resilient, and reflective personality
- Independent and responsible working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication competence
