System & Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
Monitoring of systems as well as analysis and resolution of technical faults
Handling of customer enquiries and support in IT support
Advising customers as well as analysing and implementing their technical requirements
Documentation of IT systems, projects and solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of networks, server administration, virtualisation and IT security
Good English skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B advantageous
Analytical and communicative personality with high willingness to learn and perform
