Partner Manager CC Vehicle Damage (m/f/d)

As a Partner Manager, you support the establishment and further development of a professional network of regional repair partners. With your sensitivity for collaboration, your communicative strength and your structured way of working, you contribute to ensuring that our customers can always rely on high-quality services.

In this role, you combine analytical thinking with a confident, appreciative manner and build sustainable relationships – both with partner companies and internal contacts.

Your impact with us

In this role, you actively shape the collaboration with our repair partners and make an important contribution to efficient and customer-oriented claims processing. You are responsible for managing a defined partner portfolio and ensure that quality, cost and service targets are sustainably achieved.

By analysing relevant key figures and partner data, you identify development opportunities early and implement targeted improvement measures. You confidently navigate between business management issues, operational requirements and the needs of our customers.

As a central interface between partner companies, specialist departments and regions, you initiate and accompany changes, further develop standards and strengthen a partnership-based collaboration throughout the vehicle damage process.
 

Your profile

• Basic training in the automotive trade with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience in partner management or claims or insurance environment is a plus
• Good understanding of business management contexts, cost/benefit issues and quality indicators
• Enjoy working with data, digital tools and structured decision-making bases
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and the ability to bring together different interests in a solution-oriented manner
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a confident appearance at eye level
• High service and quality orientation and enjoyment in building long-term relationships
