What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as the central interface between customers and internal teams. You are the first point of contact for orders and ensure that everything runs smoothly:

• You receive customer orders. Whether by phone, email or via digital channels, and implement them promptly

• When things get urgent, you coordinate express deliveries directly with production and logistics

• You maintain and manage customer data in the ERP system and always keep an overview

• As a contact person, you answer customer enquiries competently and courteously

• You take care of returns and invoice corrections to keep customers satisfied

• You train colleagues from the field service in all matters relating to order processing

• Additionally, you support the training of apprentices in your department

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial education and have already gained experience in order processing. What is important to us:

• Very good German skills and fluent French so that you can communicate with customers from different regions

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Experience with ERP systems or the willingness to learn quickly

• A structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of customer contact

• Team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic moments
