Cyber Security Manager (GRC) (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to not only manage information security but actively develop it further? In this role, you shape governance, risk, and compliance processes, advance a modern Information Security Management System, and support departments as well as IT in implementing sustainable security measures. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach and play a key role in embedding information security in the company for the long term.
Responsibilities:
You continuously develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure its operation.
You conduct risk analyses, assess information security risks, and derive appropriate protective measures.
You coordinate IT security incidents together with internal departments and external partners.
You plan, accompany, and coordinate internal and external audits and support certifications.
You further develop security policies, standards, and processes and ensure their sustainable implementation.
You support the expansion of business continuity and emergency management concepts.
You advise IT and departments on security-by-design as well as on the evaluation of cloud and IT architectures.
You ensure the implementation of data protection requirements in the IT environment.
You design and conduct security awareness measures and training for employees.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, IT security, or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in information security, IT governance, or IT risk management.
You are familiar with established frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or comparable security models.
You have experience in risk analyses, audits, and managing information security incidents.
You possess sound knowledge of modern IT, cloud, and hybrid environments.
You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner.
You convince with audience-appropriate communication towards IT, departments, and management.
You have very good German and good English skills.
Ideally, you bring experience in data protection as well as certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
