Do you want to shape care personally and accompany people in their own homes? For a modern outpatient care service, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ who enjoys working independently and at the same time values team exchange.
Area of operation: Zurich - Winterthur - up to the city of St. Gallen
You will be travelling in different regions and caring for your clients directly at their homes.

Your Tasks
- You care for and look after people in their own homes and respond individually to their needs.
- You take on nursing and treatment nursing tasks according to your competencies.
- You support your clients with personal care and daily life, promoting their independence.
- You monitor the health status of your clients, recognise changes and respond accordingly.
- You document your assignments digitally and reliably.
- You work closely with the nursing team and other professionals.
Our Requirements
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Initial Spitex experience
- You work independently, reliably and responsibly
- You treat people with empathy and respect
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
