Head of Finance and Human Resources 60-100%

As Head of Finance and Human Resources, you will take on a versatile key role at the interface between numbers, employees and management. You will ensure reliable financial processes, meaningful evaluations and professional personnel administration.

• Responsibility for financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions and VAT returns
• Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements as well as timely preparation of closing documents
• Preparation and analysis of monthly evaluations, key figures and reports for management
• Monitoring of payment flows and outstanding receivables
• Support with budgeting, cost controls, etc.
• Support for management in various matters
• Responsibility for payroll accounting including payroll, settlements, withholding tax, social insurance and year-end settlements
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Support with labour law and social security law questions
• Participation in the further development of our corporate culture
• Leadership of one employee

• You love numbers and are also interested in people
• Commercial basic training with a specialist certificate in finance and accounting as well as ideally experience or further training in human resources
• Several years of professional experience and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confidence in balance sheets and sound knowledge in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Good knowledge of payroll accounting as well as Swiss social insurance and labour law
• Independent, solution-oriented, discreet and responsible personality
• Good English skills
