Role:
In this role, you manage the financial development of assigned business areas and advise management on operational and strategic decisions. Through analyses, profitability calculations, and concrete measures, you create cost transparency and further develop business management control.
Responsibilities:
Financial support of business areas as well as analysis of costs and results to derive suitable improvement measures
Business management consulting for medical executives and support of strategic clinic development
Preparation of decision-making bases and profitability calculations as well as participation in annual budgeting
Further development of controlling instruments and reporting solutions
Participation in and taking over project management, for example for centre accounting or outpatient tariffs
Close coordination with medical controlling and operational accounting
Qualifications:
University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling
Analytical and conceptual strength as well as clear communication of complex contexts
Initiative, assertiveness, and a responsible, results-oriented working style
Teamwork skills and audience-appropriate communication across various management levels
High IT affinity and experience with SAP and BI systems
Knowledge of the healthcare sector and data and value flows according to REKOLE is an advantage
