Your main tasks

- Oversee turnover and manage day-to-day operations by implementing the company’s strategy

- Manage and develop the site, coordinating a team of 24 employees

- Develop the market and sales in the assigned region, and maintain lasting relationships with customers

- Identify and exploit new market potentials

Your profile

- Initial training in construction or HVAC, supplemented by business management training

- Solid sales experience with good knowledge of the construction sector (finishing works)

- Authentic leader with excellent social skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable both in daily management and networking

- Perfect command of French and very good oral and written German skills
