I am the Maison St-François, an institution active for 100 years. Currently, I accommodate 135 residents and more than
200 collaborators.

We are recruiting a:

You identify with the following profile:

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an assistant in care and community health (ASSC)
• Professional experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics, with sensitivity for supporting elderly people
• Comfortable with the IT tools used in the care sector
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, sociability and great empathy towards residents

You wish to:

• Provide personalised care to promote the well-being and safety of residents on a daily basis
• Respect and apply care standards and protocols established within the institution
• Observe residents’ needs, adjust your support accordingly and contribute to adapted care approaches
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal organisation of care and follow-up
• Support nursing assistants, apprentices and trainees by sharing your expertise and listening skills
• Carry out administrative tasks related to care, recording your observations and transmitting essential information to ensure quality continuity
