Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For our client, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual for the maintenance of building and production facilities. You ensure the reliable operation of the systems, carry out technical orders, and additionally support operational events and winter services.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out inspections, maintenance, repairs, and improvements on building and production facilities
Executing orders from maintenance management as well as recording and processing fault and maintenance reports
Maintaining and updating the system documentation
Supporting winter services and safety rounds
Taking on on-call duties
Supporting events, seminars, meetings, and other operational occasions
Qualifications:
Training as a Certified Building Services Specialist EFZ or extensive experience in a comparable role
Further training as a Maintenance Specialist with Federal Diploma
Additional qualifications such as counterbalance forklift, work at height, or IPAF are advantageous
Good MS Office user skills
Good German skills, English advantageous
Driving licence category B
