What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual who independently manages construction projects and makes clear decisions. You are the central interface between the client, planners, and executing companies.

• Independent management of building construction projects

• Control of schedules, costs, and quality

• Tendering, awarding contracts, and change order management

• Coordination of all project participants

• Leading construction meetings

• Ensuring high execution quality

• Inspections and handovers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the construction sector (e.g. construction manager, HF technician, architect, or similar qualification)

• Solid practical experience in managing building construction projects

• Independent and pragmatic approach to challenges

• Strong communication skills and negotiation strength

• Economic thinking and entrepreneurial way of working
