Position based in Lausanne (with training at our premises in Geneva)

Your main tasks:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients;
• Identify clients' needs and propose suitable services;
• Ensure follow-up of files;
• Arrange qualified appointments;
• Work closely with all team members;
• Comply with and monitor regulatory developments.

What we are looking for:

• You must have previous experience in a similar position;
• You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience;
• Client-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service;
• You have an excellent team spirit and know how to work independently;
• You are familiar with the Swiss retail banking market or cross-border market;
• You have a strong sense of rigour, are responsive and organised;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools;
• You speak fluent French (knowledge of German or Italian is a real asset);
• Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus.
