Tasks

The Flight Ops Resource Management & Development team is responsible, among other things, for communication with applicants for the SWISS cockpit, planning and coordinating assessment steps, liaising with interfaces, and reporting recruiting metrics.

• Support and active participation in the entire application process including triage of dossiers and further processing of assessment results
• Scheduling and coordination of various test steps, inviting candidates, as well as coordinating and planning the entire assessor team
• Responsible for the professional preparation and archiving of application documents
• Creation of simple, descriptive evaluations and reports
• Responding to telephone and written enquiries
• Independently handling smaller projects

Requirements

• A 100% workload is preferred for this position; job sharing is possible
• Basic education / schools: High school graduate or graduate of a specialised, commercial or business school
• Initiative, interest and willingness to engage with pilot recruiting topics
• Goal: Aviation studies at ZHAW and/or strong interest in the airline business
• High sense of responsibility, authentic, reliable and extremely trustworthy
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Good communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Very good German language skills as well as good English skills
