We build and operate smart, resilient, and sustainable distribution networks, backed by technological innovation, to deliver electrical energy to our customers and meet growing energy challenges.
To complement our dispatching within the Network Management group, we are looking for, at our Morges site, a
Dispatcher (m/f) 100%
Profile
- You have training in electrical engineering.
- If you have experience in the field of electrical distribution networks, it is an advantage.
- You are ready to cope with the constraints of 3-shift teams, but also to benefit from them.
- You want to discover new horizons and collaborate with multiple trades.
- With a very good team spirit, you enjoy carrying out conscientious work.
- You are able to manage a stressful situation while remaining methodical and calm.
- You like to have smooth, transparent, and healthy communication with your colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Continuously operate and monitor the electrical network that supplies the region and guarantees energy to thousands of households and businesses.
- Ensure the safety of people and infrastructure aiming for "zero risk".
- Coordinate all actions of other trades involved in delivering energy to our customers.
- Master the specificities of Romande Energie’s electrical networks and its partners.
- Find and apply optimal troubleshooting solutions and then direct the actions of field personnel to efficiently restore a safe supply.
- Operate Romande Energie’s power plants, for local energy and controlled lake levels.
