Clerk: Merchandise Accounting Sales Outlets

Tasks

Recording orders and booking goods deliveries for our sales outlets
Checking, assigning and posting of merchandise invoices
Analysing and clarifying quantity, stock, booking and invoice discrepancies as well as correcting erroneous bookings
Controlling and balancing regional transit accounts and ensuring correct and complete processing procedures
Handling enquiries from sales outlets, delivery companies and internal departments as well as close cooperation with the responsible specialist departments in more complex cases
Contributing to ensuring uniform booking processes and to the ongoing optimisation of workflows

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Independent, structured and precise working style as well as pronounced interconnected thinking
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Service-oriented, reliable personality with quick comprehension and good numerical flair
Very good oral and written German skills
