What to expect

• Capturing future inbound and outbound debt collection process requirements, analysing data via SQL, RPA/Python programming, and designing change
• Providing support for Syrius inbound and outbound debt collection processes and functional testing for individual customers (IG) and corporate customers (UG)
• Ensuring stable, smooth operations (IG/UG) while adhering to SLA requirements, security standards, and regulatory/legal obligations
• Technical responsibility for customer-oriented applications and point of contact for stakeholders regarding functionality and system operations

What you bring

• Completed education or further training (HF, FH, University) in business informatics or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for technology and digitalisation (RPA, data analysis via SQL, Python), experience with tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) as well as knowledge in Syrius booking control
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar area, ideally focusing on inbound/outbound debt collection and interface processes, e.g. booking control
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex and dynamic situations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between different stakeholders
