- You manage the helpdesk in 1st and 2nd level support
- In this role, you install and configure various devices and applications
- As an IT supporter, you administer users and access rights
- You contribute to and manage the server and network infrastructure
- In this role, you participate in IT projects and support them
- As an IT supporter, you ensure stable IT operations with a focus on continuous development
Qualifications:
- You have a basic education in computer science or comparable professional experience in a relevant field
- You have experience with current technologies such as Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Teams
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
