Foreman Plastering (m/f)

Your tasks

• Carrying out all plastering work indoors and outdoors on new buildings, conversions and renovations
• Repairs and touch-ups on interior walls and facades of buildings
• Complete and independent handling of the assigned work on site
• Documentation of work and orders according to specifications
• Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, etc.
• Creating, monitoring and checking time sheets
• Preparing measurements and checks
• Material orders and their delivery
• Instruction and leadership of other plasterers on construction sites
• Site and performance controls as well as quality assurance
• Motivating employees

You bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer EFZ with corresponding further training as a foreman SMGV with several years of professional experience in this role
• Sound specialist knowledge
• High willingness to perform
• Decisive with assertiveness
• Team player and communicative
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driving licence
• Ideal age 25 – 45 years
• Resident in the Rotkreuz region
