Automation Technician EFZ (m/f/d)

Then we are looking for exactly you as an Automation Technician EFZ (m/f/d)

• Assembly, wiring and commissioning of complex control and automation systems.

• Troubleshooting, diagnosis and rectification of faults in production-critical systems.

• Carrying out regular maintenance and servicing work.

• Optimising existing processes and adapting control programmes.

• PLC knowledge: Familiarity with common PLC systems (e.g. Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Beckhoff, Rockwell or Allen Bradley) for troubleshooting, programme adjustment or new programming.

• Wiring diagram & schematic proficiency: Confident reading and understanding of electrical schematics, specifications (e.g. EPLAN).

• Measurement, control & drive technology: Experience with measurement, control and regulation technology, sensors, actuators as well as frequency converters.

• Pneumatics & hydraulics: Solid basic knowledge in pneumatics (hydraulics knowledge advantageous).

• Safety & standards: Awareness of occupational safety and relevant electrical standards (NIN / VDE).

• Analytical thinking: Systematic and structured approach to troubleshooting and fault rectification.

• Independence & reliability: High degree of personal responsibility and precise, quality-conscious working style.

• Team & communication skills: Enjoyment of teamwork as well as customer- and solution-oriented demeanour.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts or on-call duties
