Application Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth, secure, and high-performance operation of our systems
As an Application Manager, you support individual customer solutions with technical know-how and a sense for business processes
You implement changes and extensions, support releases, and accompany productive deployments
In this role, you analytically investigate disruptions and actively contribute to initiatives such as migrations, automation, or compliance projects
As an Application Manager, you professionally document systems and processes and advise both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science or bring comparable experience
You are familiar with application management, ideally with technologies in the area of IDP and DMS
You have knowledge of SQL and are comfortable with scripting languages as well as XML and JSON
You think from both the operational perspective and the perspective of further development
You work in a structured, responsible manner and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
