Internal Sales Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the complete processing of customer orders

• Development of price calculations and preparation of customer-specific offers

• Maintenance of customer relationships as well as support of sales partners by telephone and e-mail

• Central contact person for sales-related enquiries regarding prices, delivery dates, product samples and further information

• Interface function between various departments such as field sales, development, application technology, production and logistics for optimal order processing

• Planning and control of goods transport

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial training or technical basic education with additional commercial qualification

• Solid experience in a similar role in internal sales

• Independent, precise and solution-focused approach

• Strong customer orientation as well as high service and responsibility commitment

• Confident use of common MS Office programmes

• Experienced handling of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is a great advantage

• Strong team and communication skills as well as social competence
