Plant Mechanic / Setter 100% (m/f/d)

• Tool preparation, creation of the winding programme and calibration of the camera monitoring
• Developing possibilities to sustainably improve processes
• Responsible for quality, adherence to deadlines and costs as well as compliance with health and safety policies
• Active participation in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• General mechanical work on the plants

• Technical basic training mandatory (e.g. mechanic, production mechanic, polymechanic, etc.)
• Experience with small parts; ideally experience handling metal springs
• Experience in automated assembly processes and systems
• Good to very good German skills; English skills an advantage
• Analytical skills, pronounced sensitivity and resilience
• Physically fit (partly standing work)
