Your Tasks

In a small, experienced team, you take on a central role alongside general security checks in asylum accommodations and apartments, focusing on safety and stability for women and families.
Especially in the evenings, at night and on weekends, as well as during the day, you are present in our accommodations with the team and ensure safety with your de-escalating, confident manner.
In challenging moments, you act decisively, implement appropriate measures and contribute to calming the situation.
Precise reporting is also part of your daily routine: you document deployments, observations and incidents clearly and appropriately for the recipients so that the necessary measures can be initiated.

Your Profile

With your completed training and experience in security or a similar field (e.g. emergency services, fire brigade), you bring the necessary know-how for this responsible role.
You remain calm in challenging situations, act responsibly and treat people of different backgrounds with respect. An impeccable reputation is a matter of course for you.
Your very good German skills enable clear, professional communication; additional languages are a plus in the diverse environment.
You are flexible and shifts in the evening and at weekends are well compatible for you, and with a category B driving licence you are mobile and can reliably reach various deployment locations.
To carry out security-relevant checks on clients and families while respecting privacy and cultural sensitivity, we are looking for a female staff member to strengthen our security team.
