Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, you will manage your own residential properties and condominium ownership for our ROCKEN partner in the canton of Bern. In addition to operational management, you will lead a three-person team. You combine economic and sustainable action with an empathetic approach to people.
Responsibilities:
You manage the owned residential properties and take over the administration of the condominium ownership.
You are responsible for leading a three-person team. You actively contribute to the collaboration and further development of the team.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in property management.
Your working style is goal-oriented, economical, and sustainable. You demonstrate assertiveness and keep the essentials in view.
In contact with people, you convince through empathy, trustworthiness, and excellent manners.
You gladly take on responsibility and actively contribute your own ideas and commitment.
