YOUR TASKS
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a specialist group in operating theatre care with a focus on hybrid, cardiac, vascular and thoracic surgery
- Ensuring smooth operative operations as well as active participation in complex cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
- Co-design and further development of modern operating theatre processes, quality standards and innovative technologies
- Responsibility for planning, coordination and close interprofessional collaboration with all relevant specialist departments
- Promotion of a positive team culture and support of the professional development of employees
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a certified specialist in operating theatre technology HF or equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience in cardiac surgery, hybrid operating theatre or a comparable highly specialised environment
- Leadership experience or willingness to develop further in leadership and management
- High professional, organisational and communication competence with a strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Resilient, committed and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for innovation and change
