These are your tasks

• Management of the training workshop
• Conducting basic training and specialised training for apprentices in the areas of manual and conventional manufacturing technology as well as CNC manufacturing technology, including inter-company courses
• Planning and conducting partial and final apprenticeship examinations
• Budget and cost centre responsibility
• Coordination with the specialist departments
• Recruitment of apprentices including conducting career explorations and trial apprenticeships
• Planning and conducting various vocational education events

This is what you bring

• A completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Further training to become an inter-company course (ÜK) leader in your main profession or willingness to complete this
• Several years of experience in vocational education, ideally related to the machine industry
• High social competence, pronounced didactic skills and enjoyment in imparting knowledge
• Leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Patience, empathy and teamwork are also among your strengths
