D365 Business Central Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
You manage the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including the EDI connections to customers, suppliers and trading partners and ensure their reliable operation. In this position, you support the departments in the optimal use of the ERP system, analyse and optimise business processes and actively drive their digitalisation forward. You create and maintain documentation, instructions and training materials and additionally contribute to general IT topics within the internal IT. In doing so, you combine ERP know-how with a good understanding of operational processes in trade, production and logistics.
Responsibilities:
You manage the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including the support and monitoring of the EDI connections to customers, suppliers and trading partners
You support the departments in the optimal use of the ERP system
You analyse, optimise and digitalise business processes
You create and maintain documentation, instructions and training materials
Additionally, you support general IT topics within the internal IT
Qualifications:
You have a qualification in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You necessarily have experience in the ERP area with EDI, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
You have a good understanding of operational processes in trade, production and logistics
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You have very good German language skills
You enjoy working at the interface between IT and departments and actively developing processes further
