The Adelheid Clinic with 140 beds is a leading rehabilitation centre in Central Switzerland, renowned for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, internal oncology, and geriatric patients. The clinic is situated in a stunning location above Lake Ägeri and is a company of the Non-Profit Society Zug.

Logistics
As the deputy to the head chef, you are responsible for all processes in and around the kitchen. You plan the offerings, share responsibility for purchasing and goods receipt inspection, and enjoy cooking in all areas. You further develop our first-class standards and contribute your own creative ideas. With a good mix of social skills and assertiveness, you lead the kitchen team as deputy.
Our desired profile
- Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and, if possible, as a diet cook with EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in à la carte cuisine
- Leadership experience
- Experience with the LogiMen meal system is an advantage
- Very good German skills and a flair for administrative tasks
- Business management understanding
- Committed, resilient, and flexible
