Order Service Specialist SSO 2 (part-time then evolving to full-time, m/f/d)

What you can contribute to

Working within small specialised and close-knit groups (presence, patrol and intervention)
Spreading a feeling of security to your peers
De-escalation in case of conflicts
Order maintenance missions during disturbances or riots at sporting events
Fighting against agitated crowds and violent individuals
Missions with irregular hours, mainly at weekends throughout French-speaking Switzerland depending on the missions

What you bring

Successfully completed apprenticeship or equivalent/higher training
Ideally aged 25 years
Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorised gainful activity (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA national
Very good knowledge of spoken and written French as well as other languages (D/E/I), an asset
Impeccable integrity (checks of criminal records, financial registers, civil capacity certificate and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings)
Mobility (category B driving licence for car and own motorised vehicle)
Strong team spirit and discipline
Excellent anticipation and interpersonal skills, diplomacy and self-confidence
Excellent presentation and physical/psychological resilience
Regular practice of a strength/contact sport (self-defence, rugby, bodybuilding, etc.)
Able to pass an entry physical test
Ability to intervene and protect defined objectives if necessary
Experience with telescopic baton, a serious plus

For the Order Service

Minimum height of 1.6 m for women and 1.7 m for men
Regular practice of a strength/contact sport (self-defence, rugby, bodybuilding, etc.)
Able to pass the entry physical test
Ability to intervene and protect defined objectives if necessary
Pass the Permit to Carry Arms exams for striking and/or punching within 3 to 6 months
