On behalf of our client in Geneva, in the banking sector, we are looking for a student available for a part-time job on weekdays from Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm.
Your mission
- Provide first-level IT support to the company’s internal users
- Handle IT support requests received by phone, portal and email
- Record incidents by first defining their processing priority
- Analyse and resolve level 1 incidents and then write the incident report
Your profile
- You are available several evenings a week between 4pm and 8pm
- IT Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ticket management (Service Desk)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
- English B2 minimum
- Meticulous, organised and structured.
- Swiss residence mandatory (for at least 3 years)
