Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Production planning in coordination with contract manufacturers and supply chain managers
• Monitoring production schedules and ordering required raw materials
• Checking and processing orders, invoices and payments in IT systems
• Support during the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4
• Openness to change
• High service standards and good communication with internal and external suppliers, contract manufacturers and customers

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ) or training in logistics / supply chain
• Confident handling of SAP R/3
• Knowledge of S/4
• Careful, structured and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills, fluent in spoken and written language
