Founded in 1995 in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Auto-Sport Classic Cars is a garage specialising in the repair, restoration and sale of classic and luxury vehicles.

Two areas of expertise, one comprehensive garage:

• Popular vehicles, tuning and luxury cars, under the responsibility of Adriano.
• Historical expertise in the field of classic cars, provided by Giovanni.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure telephone and face-to-face customer reception.
• Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
• Carry out the administrative follow-up of customer and supplier files.
• Prepare and process administrative documents (invoices, quotes, correspondence, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality customer service.
• Organise and archive documents efficiently.
• Company accounting
• Create advertisements for vehicles for sale

Your profile

• Training in secretarial work or equivalent experience in a similar position.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, management software).
• Good command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of English or German is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Comfortable with accounting tools and have advanced knowledge of accounting
