Property Manager Residential & Commercial (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and prepare rental contracts as well as corresponding addenda
You represent the interests of the ownership or tenancy towards tenants, landlords, craftsmen, and authorities
You organise and conduct inspections and handovers of rental properties
You ensure the quality, preservation of value, and continuous development of the managed properties
You coordinate necessary maintenance and repair measures with internal and external partners
You prepare tenant statements and property condition reports
You ensure complete and up-to-date maintenance of property and tenant data
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in managing residential and/or commercial properties
You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or possess a comparable qualification
You convince through an independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
You are proficient in using digital tools and property management systems
You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to visit your managed properties on site
