Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you support users in the IT environment and ensure that their technical concerns are resolved efficiently. You analyse faults, assist with hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT workstations. Additionally, you take care of the maintenance and documentation of systems and tools in support. With your professional demeanour, you contribute to communicating IT topics clearly and finding pragmatic solutions. As a professional, you actively bring in your experience to continuously improve processes in IT support.
Responsibilities:
- You record, process, resolve, and triage all IT problems
- In this role, you take on change and lifecycle management of client devices
- As an IT supporter, you procure, inventory, and invoice client devices and IT projects
- You support hardware and software for thin clients, laptops, and mobile devices
- In this role, you manage user rights and support specialised business applications
- As an IT supporter, you familiarise yourself with system engineering and implement projects including site support and video conferencing
Qualifications:
- You have experience with Citrix, VMWare, Veeam, and Microsoft
- You are familiar with hardware
- You take on system support in a global environment
- You have practical experience in helpdesk work
- You have experience in the multimedia field
- You have good German and English skills
