Head of Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead, promote and further develop a motivated team of 3 people

• You are responsible for the entire order processing and ensure a smooth, compliant process for national and international customers

• You take over the operational order entry and processing for strategically important customers

• You continuously optimise existing processes and drive their digitalisation forward

• You actively collaborate with internal interfaces and external partners

• You lead exciting projects and actively contribute to them

• You step in during holiday cover in the department's operational process and live out your talents

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as a foreign trade specialist or a comparable qualification

• You bring solid experience and expertise in order processing and have already gained leadership experience

• As an independent, team-oriented and solution-focused personality, you communicate fluently in German and English

• Networked thinking and a structured, precise as well as responsible way of working characterise you

• You have proficient PC user skills, especially in MS Office and ERP systems

• Your affinity for process optimisation and digitalisation as well as your continuous improvement drive are convincing

• High initiative and pronounced social competence complete your profile
