What Awaits You
As a Legal Counsel within Protekta Legal Protection Insurance Ltd, a company of the Mobilière group, you are part of our Romandie legal department, a team of lawyers responsible for handling and resolving claims across numerous areas of law internally and within Legal Case Management.
What You Can Achieve With Us
Your main mission is to independently manage legal cases in the areas covered by our insurance, notably labour law, tenancy law, liability and insurance law, contract law as well as criminal law. You advise our clients with a strong service orientation, clarify legal questions and contribute to effective and quality case management as well as to the optimisation of procedures.
In the course of your work, you conduct negotiations with our clients, opposing parties, authorities, opposing lawyers or any other legal representatives. Thanks to your expertise and communication skills, you seek pragmatic solutions and defend the interests of our insured persons.
Furthermore, within the Legal Case Management department, you coordinate and monitor complex claims cases subject to judicial proceedings in Switzerland and abroad. You ensure the proper management of mandates entrusted to external lawyers and develop lasting trustful relationships with our clients as well as with our legal partners.
What You Bring
Degree in Swiss law, with or without a lawyer’s licence
- Professional experience relevant to the role and/or lawyer internship
Client- and service-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills and efficient working methods
Willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards digital issues and new challenges
Team-oriented personality, showing initiative and openness
Fluent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German and/or Italian is an asset
