What you can contribute to

• Write and update documentation of activities, work procedures and HR processes
• Participate in the migration and structuring of HR documentation in Confluence, as part of Agroscope's HR wiki
• Take part in projects related to Jira Service Management: interface testing and documentation of workflows (conditions, logic, automation rules)
• Design and test system prompts to automate repetitive administrative activities and contribute to the development of AI use in HR processes
• Identify opportunities for automation of certain controls in the processing of HR requests
• Support routine HR administrative activities and the formatting of communication materials for the Services and HR Processes group

What makes you unique

• Ongoing or recently completed training (Bachelor / Master) in business management, human resources, business informatics or related field
• Strong interest in process digitalisation and collaborative tools; knowledge of Jira or Confluence is an asset
• Curiosity about generative artificial intelligence and its application to practical tasks
• Good writing skills and thoroughness in documentation
• Structured working method, autonomy and reliability
• Good knowledge of two official languages
