What you will bring to the teams:
Manage life-threatening emergencies and monitor critical patients
- Ensure continuous monitoring and anticipate complications.
- Apply resuscitation protocols and manage complex treatments.
- Communicate effectively with doctors and caregivers to adjust care.
- Take charge of several critically ill patients simultaneously.
- Ensure rigorous traceability and adapt interventions in real time.
- Provide short or long-term cover according to service needs.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross).- Proven experience in intensive care, with at least one year of initial experience.
- Additional training, such as a DAS in intensive care, will be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Availability for temporary assignments, with the possibility of short or long-term cover.
