Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of procurement strategies for defined product groups in an industrial environment
Conducting market and supplier analyses as well as identifying new sources of supply
Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements and conditions with international suppliers
Close cooperation with specialist departments (production, development, quality) to ensure material availability
Initiation and implementation of cost optimisation projects in procurement processes
Monitoring relevant KPIs and regular reporting to management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training
Additional qualification in purchasing (e.g. certified purchasing specialist with federal diploma) or in business administration
Good technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes
Several years of experience in industrial purchasing, preferably in an international environment
Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office
Fluent German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
