Mechanic in Day Operations (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production facilities and machines
Systematic analysis and resolution of mechanical faults as well as sustainable implementation of appropriate measures
Ensuring the technical availability and operational safety of the equipment
Carrying out preventive maintenance and targeted optimisation measures
Assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of mechanical components and assemblies
Support with conversions, technical projects, and the further development of existing systems
Identifying improvement potential and contributing own solution proposals
Close collaboration with production, engineering, and other specialist departments
Qualifications:
Completed technical training as a polymechanic, mechanic, production mechanic, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in mechanical maintenance, servicing, or industrial production environment
Good knowledge of mechanical fault analysis and troubleshooting
Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex mechanical tasks
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Team-oriented personality with initiative and willingness to actively contribute ideas
Very good German language skills
