About the job
Our customer, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, needs reinforcement. For a temporary employment (with no fix enddate) we are looking for a motivated employee.
Your primary responsibilities include
- Online Orders for the team (e.g. Migros, lunch, breakfast)
- scanning and archiving of delivery sheets
- refill of any office items needed by the team
- Booking of hotel for team
- support (e.g. preparation of some reports)
Your required experience and skills
- Student status is an advantage
- Knowledge of English and German
- ability to work with excel
- friendly person
- detail oriented person
- agile, not to limit oneself with only certain tasks
