CNC Programmer
- Training as a technician, micromechanic or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining
- Proficiency in CAM programming with PTC Creo
- Knowledge of 3 and 5 axis machining centres
- Experience in optimising manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in GibbsCAM is an advantage
- Good command of Windows and the Office suite
- Autonomy, organisation and analytical mindset
- Good communicator and team spirit
- Versatility and proactive attitude
- Program and optimise CNC programmes using CAM software
- Commission and validate programmes on 3 and 5 axis machining centres
- Optimise manufacturing processes
- Participate in the industrialisation of new products
- Provide technical support to setters and operators
- Ensure quality, productivity and safety standards
- Document programmes and technical data
- Integrate technical data into Windchill
- Ensure the tuning of post-processors
- Create and maintain specific tools, fixtures, phase plans and DXF files
